I read your post on the BBS which mentioned the phenomenon of "hearing colours", so I wanted to ask you to elaborate on that with a longer description. Did you mean that you heard varying sounds when looking at different tones of colour or is there a bit more to it ?
RE your persistant visual effects problem, I don't want to be a killjoy, but maybe you should quit weed for a few months to let your system filter out and adjust back to normal. It sounds like the pot is somehow prolonging the effects of the LSD.
